• Berth-holders, their guests and visitors, may use the facilities of the Marina, entirely at their own risk and by implication accept that:
    • ° The Marina will not accept any liability for damage to or loss of property belonging to guests, their guests or visitors to the Marina.
      ° The Marina will not accept any liability for personal injury arising out of the use of the facilities of the Marina, or participation in any cruise, race or event organised by the Marina, whether sustained by members, their guests or visitors, whether or not such damage or injury could have been attributed to, or was occasioned by, the neglect, default or negligence of any of the officers, committee or servants of the Marina.
      ° Before inviting any guests or visitors to participate in events organised by the Marina, members will draw their attention to this rule.
      ° Persons who take part in Marina activities and events declare that they are physically fit to go to sea, in possibility of changing conditions, that the possible dangers have been explained to them and that they understand that in the event of personal injury or other loss no responsibility will lie with the event organisers.
      ° Persons under the age of 16 must have written authority signed by a parent or guardian acknowledging that the above conditions have been read and agreed
